Little about Cesky Terrier Dog Breed

The reason of having a cross between a Sealyham terrier and a Scottish terrier was the to create a dog that without getting stuck in his dens could chase vermin. He got creation in Czechoslovakia in 1948. The Cesky (pronounced chess-key).

The great amounts of exercise the Cesky requires, and he is more melodious than most terriers. And unlike many terriers, he has got the extra advantage of possessing a soft coat that can be easily trimmed with clippers rather than needing hand-stripping (plucking dead hair by hand).

He is agile enough to take part in the competition of earth-dog trials, obedience, agility and tracking. The breed is also devoted and loving. The Cesky Terrier dog breed is a wealthy therapy dog as well. If he grows up with kids and other pets, he gets along well with them.
