The Small Munsterlander Pointer dog breed is really friendly and loving with his people, children, and other dogs alike. He is extremely good at water retrieving, and if you are not a hunter, you will require finding other ways to let him have a mental and physical exercise which he requires a great deal of both.

He is loyal and loving, normally easy to get trained and is awesome at water-retrieving in both fresh and salt water. Like any other sporting breed, he requires a great deal of exercise every day. He always does well in a home where he is able to utilize his skills of hunting or turning his smartness to a challenging dog sport or activities like fly-ball, swiftness, or rescue and search work.
